Full-Spectrum EPC
Integrated EPC Delivery
Argan Int. Group of Companies delivers Engineering, Procurement and Construction services through an integrated project-delivery model that connects technical definition, engineering, global sourcing, project controls, construction and commissioning within one coordinated framework. Our Group structure allows us to assemble the engineering disciplines, procurement resources, specialist contractors, construction capabilities and international partners appropriate to each project while maintaining clear leadership and accountability throughout execution. From design development through final handover, engineering decisions remain connected to procurement strategy, equipment availability, constructability, cost, schedule and field requirements. The result is a practical EPC approach built around what matters to the client: technical integrity, commercial competitiveness, safe execution, predictable delivery and an asset that performs as intended.
Our engineering, procurement, project management, and construction teams work within a coordinated project structure, allowing technical requirements, supplier information, material availability, constructability, logistics, and field priorities to be addressed together. This integration helps identify interfaces earlier, improve decision-making, manage changes more effectively and maintain greater visibility over cost and schedule. For clients, the benefit is a clearer line of responsibility from engineering through commissioning, with the wider capabilities of Argan Int. Group of Companies aligned around a common execution strategy.
One Integrated Delivery Model
Engineering. Procurement. Construction. Working as One.
EPC performance depends on more than successfully executing three individual disciplines. Engineering decisions affect procurement; procurement decisions influence construction; and construction requirements must be understood before designs and equipment packages are finalized. Argan Int. therefore approaches EPC as one connected delivery process.

E — Engineering
Engineering establishes the technical foundation of every EPC project, but successful design must also recognize how the facility will be procured, constructed, commissioned, operated and maintained.
Argan Int. coordinates multidisciplinary engineering across mechanical, process, piping, electrical, civil, structural, instrumentation, automation and control requirements according to the needs of each project. Our engineering approach can extend from design development and optimization through detailed engineering, vendor integration, construction support and final technical documentation.
Particular attention is given to system interfaces, equipment integration, constructability, material selection, operational reliability, maintainability and compliance with applicable codes and project requirements. Engineering is coordinated continuously with procurement and construction rather than developed in isolation. This allows supplier information, equipment availability, construction methodology and site requirements to influence the design at the appropriate stage — helping reduce later changes and establish a technically sound, practical and executable solution.

P — Procurement
Procurement has a direct influence on project cost, schedule, quality and ultimately construction performance. Argan Int. integrates procurement with engineering and project execution from the beginning rather than treating purchasing as a separate downstream activity.
Through our Group companies and established international relationships, we engage qualified OEMs, manufacturers, fabricators, specialist suppliers and service providers across global and regional markets. Our procurement activities extend from sourcing strategy and supplier qualification through tendering, technical and commercial evaluation, purchasing, vendor coordination, inspection, expediting, logistics and delivery to site.
Critical and long-lead equipment is identified early so procurement priorities can be incorporated into engineering deliverables and the master project schedule. This coordinated approach enables sourcing decisions to consider more than initial purchase price — technical compliance, manufacturing capability, quality, delivery, logistics, lifecycle requirements and overall commercial value are evaluated as part of the complete project requirement.

C — Construction
Construction is where engineering, procurement, planning and field execution come together. Argan Int. provides coordinated construction capabilities through experienced project leadership, Group resources, specialist contractors and regional execution partners selected according to project requirements.
Construction planning begins before mobilization. Site conditions, work sequencing, temporary facilities, logistics, equipment installation requirements, subcontracting strategies, manpower, materials and critical interfaces are considered early so that field execution is supported by realistic planning. During construction, engineering support, procurement status and field priorities remain connected through the project-management structure.
Our focus throughout execution is on safe working practices, quality workmanship, productivity and disciplined control of progress — moving systematically from site preparation and installation through mechanical completion, testing and readiness for commissioning.

Project Management & Controls
Control from Mobilization to Completion
Complex EPC projects require continuous coordination across thousands of technical, commercial and field activities. Argan Int. establishes an integrated project-management structure that connects engineering, procurement, construction, commercial management, and project controls around the approved scope and execution strategy.
Planning and scheduling provide visibility over engineering deliverables, procurement milestones, manufacturing, logistics, construction sequencing, commissioning and critical project interfaces. Cost and progress information is monitored alongside schedule performance to identify and address emerging issues before they develop into larger execution problems.
Risk, change, interfaces, documentation and stakeholder requirements are managed within the same project framework, providing management and clients with a clearer view of overall project status — keeping decisions close to execution and providing the control required to move complex projects safely and systematically toward completion.

Progress & Performance Reporting
At Argan Int., project management is a delivery discipline in its own right — carrying the same weight as engineering, procurement and construction, not an administrative function.
Commissioning & Handover
From Construction Completion to Operational Readiness
A project is not successfully delivered simply because construction is finished. Systems must be completed, tested, demonstrated and transferred into operation in a controlled manner. Argan Int. integrates commissioning requirements into EPC planning so that completion and handover are considered throughout engineering, procurement and construction rather than addressed only at the end of the project.
Our teams coordinate system completion, inspection, testing, punch-list management, pre-commissioning, commissioning support, performance verification and final documentation in accordance with project requirements. Turnover is progressively managed by systems and defined completion packages, helping establish clear visibility between construction completion and operational readiness.
Where required, coordination extends to OEM representatives, technology providers, client operating personnel and specialist commissioning teams. The objective is a structured transition from constructed facility to functioning asset — supported by complete technical information, verified systems and a clear basis for safe and reliable operation.
How We Deliver
Built Around Execution Certainty
Integrated from the Start
Engineering, procurement and construction are planned as connected activities from the beginning. Early coordination helps expose interfaces, long-lead requirements and constructability issues while there is still time to address them efficiently.
Global Supply. Regional Execution.
International sourcing capabilities are combined with regional knowledge, contractors, suppliers and construction resources, allowing each project to draw on the appropriate balance of global technical capability and local execution.
Disciplined Project Control
Scope, schedule, cost, risk, change and interfaces are actively managed throughout execution. Clear reporting and defined accountability provide the visibility required for timely decisions and controlled project delivery.
Performance Through Handover
Our responsibility is focused on the completed asset — not simply completion of individual EPC activities. Engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning remain aligned with the performance and operational requirements established for the project.
Lifecycle Partnership & Long-Term Asset Value
Argan Int. is structured to support clients beyond a single transaction, construction contract, or project phase. Our integrated capabilities extend across the infrastructure lifecycle — from early development and financing through EPC delivery, commissioning, operations and maintenance, asset integrity, rehabilitation, modernization, and life extension. This continuity allows knowledge developed during one stage to inform decisions in the next, helping preserve design intent, operational requirements, equipment knowledge, project history, and long-term investment objectives. By maintaining this lifecycle perspective, Argan Int. helps clients protect capital investment, reduce transition risks, extend useful asset life, and maximize long-term infrastructure value — building relationships that continue well beyond initial project completion.
The Argan Int. EPC Advantage
One Group. Integrated Capabilities. Clear Accountability.
Argan Int. Group of Companies brings together specialized companies, engineering expertise, international procurement relationships, project-management capabilities, construction resources and strategic partners within one coordinated EPC platform. This structure gives us the flexibility to assemble the right delivery organization around each project rather than forcing every assignment into the same model.
Most importantly, it allows responsibility to remain connected across the project: Engineering informs procurement. Procurement supports construction. Construction prepares for commissioning. Project management connects them all.
By reducing unnecessary interfaces between these activities, Argan Int. provides clients with an EPC partner focused on safe execution, technical quality, commercial discipline, schedule control and successful operational handover.
From Engineering to Handover. One Integrated EPC Team.
