Martin Baum serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Argan Int Group, bringing more than 35 years of international executive, operational, and board-level experience across the energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, he has built a reputation for strategic leadership, business transformation, and the successful execution of complex projects and corporate growth initiatives across global markets.

As CEO, Mr Baum provides the strategic vision and leadership that drive Argan Int’s growth and expansion across the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. His focus on operational excellence, disciplined execution, innovation, and client satisfaction has positioned the company as a trusted EPC partner for power generation, renewable energy, industrial infrastructure, and energy transition projects.

Mr. Baum has successfully led numerous corporate development initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships that have expanded organizational capabilities and strengthened market competitiveness. He has also been instrumental in advancing innovative technologies and solutions that support global sustainability objectives, including hydrogen production, decarbonization technologies, and next-generation energy infrastructure.

Prior to joining Argan Int, Mr. Baum served as Managing Director of European Financial Companies, Inc. and Managing Director of Mayfair Investments LLC. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions within Vodafone Group, where he played a key role in managing large-scale infrastructure and telecommunications projects. He also held executive management positions with globally recognized organizations including Edelman and Worley, gaining extensive experience in corporate communications, engineering, project delivery, and asset management.

Mr. Baum holds a Master’s degree in Engineering specializing in Gas Turbine Technology and an MBA from the University of Texas. This unique combination of technical expertise and business leadership enables him to successfully bridge complex engineering challenges with strategic commercial objectives.

Throughout his career, Mr. Baum has served on the boards of numerous public and private companies, providing governance, strategic oversight, and executive leadership across multiple industries. His extensive international experience, strong business acumen, and commitment to innovation continue to guide Argan Int’s growth and long-term success.

M. Rad serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer of Argan Int Group, where he leads the company’s global human resources strategy and workforce development initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He is responsible for aligning human resources programs with business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, succession management, and organizational excellence.

With more than 30 years of international leadership experience, Mr. Rad brings extensive expertise in human resources, operations management, organizational development, business transformation, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large and diverse workforces across multiple countries and industries, helping organizations strengthen employee engagement, improve operational performance, and achieve sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Argan Int Group, Mr. Rad held senior executive and human resources leadership positions within global engineering, infrastructure, industrial, and professional services organizations. His experience includes developing global workforce strategies, managing organizational change, overseeing leadership development programs, supporting mergers and acquisitions integration, and implementing talent management initiatives that align with long-term business objectives.

At Argan Int Group, Mr. Rad plays a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while building a workplace culture centered on safety, accountability, diversity, innovation, and professional excellence. Mr. Rad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has completed executive leadership and management development programs focused on human resources, organizational leadership, and global business management. Vineet Haryal serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Strategy & Sustainability for Argan Int Group. In this role, he leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives, corporate development, sustainability programs, and market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, supporting investment initiatives, and aligning the company’s long-term objectives with evolving energy and infrastructure market demands.

Mr. Haryal brings more than 25 years of international experience in engineering, project development, corporate strategy, business development, and infrastructure investment. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with several leading European engineering, procurement, and construction organizations, including executive roles within companies such as Worley Europe, Technip Energies, and Wood Group. In these positions, he successfully led large-scale business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and complex infrastructure projects across the power, energy, industrial, and process sectors.

Prior to joining Argan Int Group, Mr. Haryal held leadership roles focused on corporate planning, commercial strategy, market expansion, and project development, where he played a key role in securing major international contracts, supporting organizational growth, and advancing sustainable infrastructure solutions. His experience spans conventional power generation, renewable energy, hydrogen, decarbonization technologies, industrial infrastructure, and energy transition projects.

At Argan Int Group, Mr. Haryal works closely with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand the company’s presence in key international markets. He also leads the company’s sustainability initiatives, helping clients and stakeholders achieve their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives while supporting the transition to cleaner, more resilient energy systems.

Mr. Haryal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Manchester. His combination of strategic vision, commercial expertise, and international leadership experience enables him to successfully guide Argan Int Group’s long-term growth and sustainability objectives while creating lasting value for clients, partners, investors, and communities.

H. Ellalee serves as Vice President, Strategic Transactions & Financial Solutions of Argan Int Group, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to support the company’s global financial strategy, capital planning, project financing activities, and long-term growth initiatives. In this role, he is responsible for supporting corporate finance activities, investment analysis, financial structuring, strategic transactions, risk management, and funding solutions across Argan Int Group and its network of subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

Mr. Ellalee is also a principal stakeholder in SET Venture and EV Private Equity, private equity investment platforms focused on infrastructure, energy, technology, and strategic growth opportunities. Through his involvement in private equity and infrastructure investments, he has developed extensive expertise in capital markets, investment structuring, corporate finance, and financial advisory services. His experience provides Argan Int with valuable insights into investment decision-making and project development and access to strategic financing solutions that support large-scale infrastructure projects.

Throughout his career, Mr Ellalee has built significant expertise in project finance, financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, investment analysis, and strategic transactions. He has participated in the structuring of debt and equity financing for power generation, renewable energy, industrial infrastructure, oil and gas, and EPC projects across international markets. His strong analytical capabilities and commercial understanding help support project bankability, optimize capital structures, and manage financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Prior to joining Argan Int Group, Mr. Ellalee held financial and corporate development roles within international private equity funds and investment organizations focused on engineering, infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors. He has actively supported investment evaluation, strategic planning, business development, and project assessment activities across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and emerging markets.

At Argan Int Group, Mr. Ellalee works closely with governments, export credit agencies (ECAs), commercial banks, multilateral institutions, private equity firms, and investment partners to develop innovative financing solutions for complex infrastructure and energy projects. His ability to bridge technical project requirements with sophisticated financial structures helps strengthen project viability and support successful project execution.

Mr. Ellalee holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is also an accomplished researcher and author in the field of project finance, having published numerous academic papers and the book Global Project Finance, reflecting his commitment to advancing knowledge and best practices within the global infrastructure and energy sectors.

Mino Themistocli serves as Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary of Argan Int Group, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s global legal affairs, corporate governance framework, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate secretarial functions. Working closely with the Board of Directors and executive leadership team, he ensures that Argan Int Group maintains the highest standards of legal integrity, ethical conduct, and corporate governance across its operations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Mr. Themistocli brings more than 25 years of international legal and commercial experience advising major infrastructure, energy, industrial, and project finance organizations. His expertise spans complex EPC contracts, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, project development, dispute resolution, procurement, compliance, and strategic risk management.

Prior to joining Argan Int Group, Mr. Themistocli held senior legal leadership positions with leading international law firms and multinational organizations. Most recently, he served with A&O Shearman, the global law firm formed in 2024 through the merger of Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling, where he advised clients on large-scale infrastructure developments, project finance transactions, energy investments, and complex international commercial matters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Themistocli has supported projects across the power generation, renewable energy, oil and gas, industrial infrastructure, and transportation sectors, helping organizations successfully navigate complex legal, regulatory, and commercial environments.

Mr. Themistocli holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee. His extensive legal expertise and strategic counsel continue to support Argan Int Group’s growth, governance excellence, and long-term business success..

Sean Bezer serves as Executive Vice President, Finance & Corporate Operations of Argan Int Group, where he is responsible for financial operations, business performance, project controls, corporate governance, and operational excellence across the company’s international activities. Working closely with the executive leadership team, he helps drive financial discipline, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth throughout Argan Int Group and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Bezer brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, corporate operations, and infrastructure investment. Prior to joining Argan Int Group, he spent 12 years with HSBC Private Banking, advising high-net-worth clients, institutional investors, and international businesses on investment management, capital structuring, and financial strategy. He subsequently held senior financial and operational leadership positions within major engineering, energy, and infrastructure organizations, where he oversaw financial planning, project controls, accounting, business operations, and corporate performance management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bezer has developed extensive expertise in project finance, capital allocation, operational management, risk assessment, mergers and acquisitions support, and financial governance. His experience spans power generation, renewable energy, industrial infrastructure, and large-scale EPC projects across international markets.

Mr. Bezer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. His combination of financial expertise, operational leadership, and commercial insight supports Argan Int Group’s commitment to delivering sustainable growth, strong financial performance, and successful project execution worldwide.

David Gardner serves as Vice President, Energy Solutions & Technology for Argan Int Group, where he is responsible for global operations, business development, technology strategy, and project execution across the company’s power generation, renewable energy, industrial infrastructure, oil & gas midstream, transmission, and energy transition businesses.

With more than 37 years of international experience, Mr. Gardner has built a distinguished career leading complex engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. His expertise spans conventional and renewable power generation, liquefied natural gas (LNG), pipelines, gas processing facilities, hydrogen production, decarbonization technologies, industrial manufacturing, and large-scale infrastructure developments.

Prior to joining Argan Int Group, Mr. Gardner held senior executive positions with several leading international EPC and engineering organizations, including leadership roles within Technip Energies, Worley, Power Engineers, and Parsons Corporation. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for global operations, project delivery, engineering management, technology development, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives. He has successfully led the execution of major lump-sum EPC projects and complex infrastructure programs valued at several billion dollars.

Mr. Gardner is recognized for his expertise in project execution, commercial strategy, business development, contract negotiations, and organizational leadership. He has extensive experience developing long-term client relationships and delivering sustainable growth across multiple international markets. In addition to his operational leadership responsibilities, he has played a significant role in advancing innovative technologies focused on energy transition, emissions reduction, hydrogen production, carbon management, and sustainable industrial development.

At Argan Int Group, Mr. Gardner leads the company’s efforts to expand its energy and technology portfolio while supporting clients in achieving their operational, sustainability, and energy security objectives. He works closely with executive leadership, project teams, technology partners, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and long-term value creation.

Mr. Gardner holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and has completed advanced executive leadership and management programs focused on corporate strategy, business transformation, and international project leadership. His combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and global leadership experience continues to support Argan Int Group’s growth as a leading international EPC and infrastructure organization.

Susan Rad serves as Senior Vice President, Global Projects & Business Structuring for Argan Int Group, where she is responsible for overseeing the pursuit, structuring, development, financing coordination, and execution of complex power generation, renewable energy, industrial infrastructure, transmission, and energy transition projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this role, she provides strategic leadership, business structuring expertise, and profit-and-loss oversight while ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and operational excellence.

Mrs. Rad brings more than three decades of international experience in engineering, project management, corporate strategy, commercial development, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale infrastructure delivery. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multidisciplinary teams responsible for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operational optimization, business structuring, and growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of energy and industrial projects.

Prior to joining Argan Int Group, Mrs. Rad served in senior executive leadership roles within leading European engineering and infrastructure organizations. Most recently, she held a strategic leadership position with CMC, where she was responsible for corporate strategy, business growth, mergers and acquisitions, integration activities, and long-term business planning. She worked closely with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, structure strategic transactions, optimize business performance, and align corporate objectives across multiple business units.

Her professional experience spans conventional and renewable power generation, industrial facilities, transmission infrastructure, environmental technologies, and complex EPC project delivery. She is particularly recognized for her expertise in business structuring, project development, strategic partnerships, and aligning technical, commercial, financial, and operational objectives to maximize project value and long-term success.
